| | Juror's comments: | This reclaimed urban site substantially enhanced
it's area of the city. A difficult renovation project that vastly
improved the pedestrian experience. As an outcome of the renovation,
the building became more permeable to the street which encouraged
beneficial activity and improved the street edge.
