Cornwall (next page) projects are reclaimed urban sites that
substantially enhanced their area of the city. Both were difficult
renovation projects that vastly improved the pedestrian experience. As
an outcome of the renovations, the buildings became more permeable to
the street which encouraged beneficial activity and improved the street
edge
